1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SockCustom website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SockCustom provides custom sock design and production services. We offer free design mockups based on your submitted logo and preferences. Production begins only after you approve the final design proof.

3. Orders & Payment

Minimum order quantity is 50 pairs per size. Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, ACH, Wire, and Wise. Prices are as quoted at the time of order confirmation. All prices are net and exclude any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

4. Design & Approval

We provide free digital design mockups within 3 business days. Unlimited revisions are included at no cost. Production begins only after written approval of the final design. By approving a design, you confirm it meets your requirements.

5. Production & Delivery

Standard production time is 2 weeks after design approval. Rush production (1 week) is available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your logos, designs, and branding materials submitted to us. By submitting materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

SockCustom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
