The MOQ of 5 pairs applies per size. So 2 sizes = 10 pairs minimum, 3 sizes = 15, etc. Most clients choose our one-size-fits-most option covering US 7–12.

We offer youth, medium, and large adult sizes as standard. Custom sizing for men, women, children, toddlers, and infants is also available upon request.

Yes! Instead of paying a premium for a pre-production sample, you can simply place a small trial order starting at just 5 pairs — our minimum order quantity. This way you get actual production socks at the regular per-pair price. Most clients find our free digital mockup sufficient for design approval, but the 5-pair option is available whenever you need to feel the quality first.

Jacquard knitted socks support up to 5–6 solid yarn colors per design. While sublimation printing offers unlimited colors, we recommend Jacquard knitting for superior quality, feel, and durability. Our digital print socks offer unlimited colors with a softer cotton base.

Gradient colors aren't available with Jacquard knitting (which uses solid-color yarns). However, our designers can convert gradients into 2–4 solid color blocks that look fantastic. If you absolutely need true gradients, ask about our digital printed socks option.

Very close! We have 500+ physical yarn colors and we match them as precisely as possible. Because socks are knitted from pre-dyed yarns (not printed), colors may appear slightly different than on screen. We use multiple quality checks and can provide sample photos before production upon request.

Yes — mismatched left/right socks are possible. However, the MOQ doubles since each side is a separate design. For example: 10 pairs minimum (5 left + 5 right).

No! Because we use Jacquard knitting with pre-dyed yarns, the colors are woven into the fabric — not printed on top. Your logo remains vibrant wash after wash. Sublimation-printed socks, by contrast, can fade after 5–10 washes.

We use Jacquard knitting machines with needle counts ranging from 144 to 200 needles — the specific gauge is selected based on the desired sock thickness and design complexity. Our senior engineers determine the optimal needle count for each order, so you don't need to worry about the technical details. Yarns are pre-dyed and woven directly into the fabric stitch by stitch. Standard shipping (duty-prepaid): approximately 2 weeks. Rush express shipping (duties not prepaid): 3–5 business days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Both options are available for worldwide delivery.

Standard shipping (approximately 2 weeks): we prepay customs duties on your behalf, so you won't need to pay anything extra upon arrival. Rush express shipping (3–5 business days): we do not prepay duties, and you may be charged import tax by your local customs authority. The rate is typically very low — as a reference, for a 100-pair order shipped to the US, customs duty is approximately $35. If you prefer duty-prepaid shipping to avoid any surprises, just let us know and we can arrange standard delivery instead.
