Refund Policy

1. Custom Products

Custom socks are made to your specifications with your logo and design. Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind after production has begun.

2. Design Approval Safeguard

We do not begin production until you approve the final design proof. This gives you the opportunity to review and request changes to the design before any socks are manufactured. We strongly encourage you to review the design proof carefully before approval.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If your custom socks arrive with manufacturing defects or errors that are our fault (e.g., incorrect colors, wrong logo placement, damaged goods), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Sample Orders

Physical sample orders ($12 or $150) are non-refundable as they are produced specifically for your review. Digital mockups are always free.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at support@sockcustom.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description. We review each case individually and respond within 3 business days.

6. Custom Import Fees

Customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.
